We want you to love your BAPE shorts. If the fit or style isn’t right, eligible items can be returned or exchanged within the windows below. Please review the full criteria before sending anything back.
Eligibility
- Return window: 30 days from delivery for US orders; 14 days for international orders.
- Condition: New, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, no odors or marks.
- Packaging: All original tags, authenticity labels, barcode stickers, and the BAPE zip bag must be included.
- Sets/bundles must be returned in full.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or packing slip) required.
Not returnable
- Items marked Final Sale or explicitly non-returnable on the product page.
- Customized or altered items.
- Gift cards.
- Items showing signs of wear, wash, scents, pet hair, or missing packaging/tags.
Exchanges
- US: One free size exchange per item within 30 days, subject to availability.
- If the requested size is unavailable, you may return for a refund and re-order.
- International: Please return for a refund and place a new order for the desired size.
Return shipping & fees
- US returns: Use our prepaid label. A flat $8 fee is deducted from your refund. Original shipping is non-refundable.
- Self-ship option: You may arrange your own insured, trackable shipment to the address below. You are responsible for loss/damage in transit.
- International returns: Customer-paid return shipping. Duties/taxes are non-refundable by us; you may claim with your local customs office.
- Refused/undeliverable packages: Outbound and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds
- Once received and approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
- Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
- Shipping fees, duties, and taxes are not refundable.
- Store credit is available on request.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the issue.
- We will provide a prepaid label and arrange a replacement or refund.
Lost or stolen packages
- If tracking shows delivered but you can’t locate the package, notify us within 48 hours.
- We’ll help initiate a carrier investigation. We are not responsible for packages after confirmed delivery, but we’ll do our best to assist.
Holiday & limited-release policy
- Holiday window: Orders placed Nov 1–Dec 31 qualify for returns until Jan 31.
- Limited releases and collaborations follow the same rules unless marked Final Sale.
Price adjustments
- One-time price adjustment within 7 days of purchase if the identical item (style, color, size) goes on sale and is in stock.
- Not valid on Final Sale, limited drops, or third-party promotions.
